Mode heating and cooling upgraded our old gas ducted heater after it failed . We decided to spend a little more and went with SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BRIVIS BX520. We got 3 quotes and Mode were nearly 10% cheaper than the 2 other quotes which was a pleasant surprise . Robert is very knowledgeable and informative on the phone. The unit was updated no fuss at all a couple of days later and works fantastically . Highly recommend Mode Heating & Cooling .
I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Mode Heating and Cooling. An appointment was scheduled, yet no one showed up — and I was only informed after I contacted their office. I was then told they were busy and would need to reschedule. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unacceptable. It’s clear that customer’s time is not a priority for them. I’m sure they got their wages for the day, doesn’t matter about wasting my day.
