I didn't know Mode existed until I'd heard a word of mouth recommendation from someone in the industry. They seem like a business which stays quite busy without needing to advertise which I figured was a good sign. Simon the business owner came out to inspect and quote, and was happy to discuss different products and sizing options on the day and later via emails. Mode is an excellent local business with a focus quality installations rather than aggressive marketing. I got 4 quotes and Simon was the only person who got up on the roof to take measurements before giving the quote. Every other company had only sent a salesperson, whereas Simon clearly had years of hands on experience installing systems personally.
