I came here for the first time for hair and makeup for a wedding on a recommendation from my friend. Mela did my makeup and Lola did my hair. They both did exactly what I asked for. I left feeling amazing. It was a 10am appointment and my hair and makeup was still great at 11pm. Will definitely come back. Thank you! :)

Hairstylists and makeup artists are great here, but this new receptionist they hired seems to be condescending and has a patronizing tone. She will talk to you as if you should already know what she’s talking about, and makes you feel dumb when you ask any questions. I’ve noticed this on multiple occasions. I don’t look forward to calling the salon anymore because of the way I’m spoken to. Hope this can be an easy fix on management’s part as I love this salon and want to keep being a customer!

So, my wedding shower was Saturday 6/20, prior to this I spoke with the receptionist who told me $140 for make up and $140 for my hair, great. mind you she never asked what type of appointment this would be, they just did a general booking.
