We were really excited to come to this place.. but getting an appointment has proven to be impossible. They do not answer the phones. I have been calling every day this week and they don't pick up. I've left voicemails and they've not responded. The website doesn't work at all and you can't book online.
Sadly the shops have gone bust and are now closed ! Really feel for anyone who has paid and not got their dress as yet and for the staff .
I had an appointment and I had to go yo a&e on the same day as an emergency. I haven't been able to get the appointment reschedule / booked in again because they said they aren't taking appointments past one week away, then there is no answer, no response to voicemails and no email response. I've paid for this appointment and od really love it if someone could get back to me. Terrible customer service
