I was asked by my Google's info to review the website based on experience. Neitger i nor my husband found it very useful or easy to navigate. So in responce to Modern Livings comment. No, Im not a resident but doesnt mean ppl do not change their names once they are living there or moved on.
Would not recommend. Communication from the beginning was VERY difficult. We have a bug issue and even though they sprayed we find multiple bugs every day. My poor 5 year old cries that he doesn't want to come home because of the bugs. The walls are PAPER THIN. All I hear are my neighbors ALL DAY LONG. I barely get any sleep as I hear them loudly walking the apartment all day and night and their child running around yelling. I can't wait to move. After our neighbor flooded our unit, the Apartment complex did NOT want to reimburse the rest of the days that we had to spend in a hotel, do to them Not being able to make the repairs until a week later.
Had a bit of a rocky start, but a few months in and things have turned around for the better. I have to thank their team for being so responsive lately. They've really been doing their best to help out.
