Modcity and Rohan specifically are incredibly unprofessional, unethical, and produce poor quality work that attempts to stretch every dollar to its limits with no regard for the impact they have on communities. Terrible company run by terrible people.
I can’t speak to the quality of Modcity’s work, but their conduct in the neighbourhood has been deeply inconsiderate. At their site on Westmount Rd in Toronto, they removed a shared fence, leaving the young family next door exposed to a large, unsafe pit. Site visits have included the contractor repeatedly parking a Mercedes GT on the sidewalk despite available street parking, impeding pedestrian access.
