I had previously left a 1-star review for Modcity, despite not having been a customer of theirs. I apologize to Modcity for any harm this may have caused.
Modcity and Rohan specifically are incredibly unprofessional, unethical, and produce poor quality work that attempts to stretch every dollar to its limits with no regard for the impact they have on communities. Terrible company run by terrible people. Rohan and Ron (and Serena) got into a dispute with a resident near an ongoing development, then found his personal business on google and left him bad reviews. This exemplifies how they interact with communities they build in.
Had a good consultation with Rohan. Was knowledgeable with providing a quote/zoning analysis, good and fast customer service.
