Michael engraved a lipstick case for me, he did a super job! He was very kind and thoughtful.
Went there with a photo of a key as had locked it inside a detached room and couldn't open the door. They cut the key according to the decoded pin cut number. With an honest disclaimer that it may not work. We gave it a go, and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much! And it only cost $16.
Great customer service, brought my Dads watch in thinking it needed batteries or to be serviced & was grateful to discover it didn’t need either ! Thank you for patience & knowledge , I highly recommend this place!
They provided a cheaper and better solution than I wanted for a lock with which I had an issue. Great service.
