waiting over 6hr to not even get seen, they only gave me Panadol for pain which did nothing. I could've done better at home, what a joke

My surgery site was bleeding and went to the ER upon the nurses suggestion. The triage nurse looked at my wound and said the bleeding is pretty bad. Ok. I proceeded to wait FIVE HOURS! with no updates or attention. I came here at 9pm, finally gave up and left at 2:30am because I need some sleep. I asked the nurse how long they said they don’t know - how can they not know? They know how much resources they have, they know who’s ahead of the queue? Total joke of a triage system. I came here as a result of worse allergic reaction after iron infusion, i literally waited for 5 hours to get assessed, none of the doctor came to see me, nobody was not even around so that we can ask for any update. Nurses keep saying that ‘you are on level 4, not the priority’, that’s a really good emergency service. I mean what does it means, if somebody is coming here for emergency, still not the priority, literally zero rating from my side, it is the worst service i have ever had.

Told My Friend To Go And See Your GP Yesterday As Their Was No Doctor On Shift At All Lastnight And She Said Waiting Room Was Full With Like 40-50 Patiants Sitting Down My Friend Layed On The Ground Too And That Only One Doctor Would Start At 2AM-3AM And Second Doctor Starts At 6AM And Heap Of Clinicians At 8AM Start

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my wife in with a badly twisted and swollen ankle — she could not walk, and we were concerned about a possible fracture. Despite being an obvious emergency, we were made to wait over 3 hours just for an X-ray, and then another 4 hours and still waiting for the results. The waiting area was full of people in pain, including one lady who had been sitting there crying all night being minimally attended to. It was heartbreaking to see.
