If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my wife in with a badly twisted and swollen ankle — she could not walk, and we were concerned about a possible fracture. Despite being an obvious emergency, we were made to wait over 3 hours just for an X-ray, and then another 4 hours and still waiting for the results. The waiting area was full of people in pain, including one lady who had been sitting there crying all night being minimally attended to. It was heartbreaking to see. Came in last night with and they were packed. Came back this morning and they're moving like a well oiled machine. Everyone is getting attended to quickly which is good to see. I'll be in and out with in a couple hours

I came Modbury hospital ED as a patient in January. We had very good experience from this hospital. Fantastic nurses and doctors. Thank you for looking after me. Labour government please don’t close this emergency department.

Its 2025 Service 1925 If u go to Melbourne or Sydney probably You will get treated faster We went into the ER @ 8 pm my daughter rolled her ankle and we were suspicious that there was a fracture We went out at 12:30 without any treatment only XRay is done without result and without any report Never going back No need to add a photo Rating should’ve give us an option to put a stone instead of a star

Filthy place with ZERO infection control. Waited 13 hrs only to be told the x ray machine is broken and i should rather go to my GP! They treated me with Panadol for a fracture! This is a dangerous place
