The phone system needs sorting. I waited over 40 minutes and my call was still not answered. Not good enough.
The dental clinic upstairs is great for kids with special needs. Carla was amazing with my daughter but she leaves mid July so book in quickly if you want someone who is just lovely with ASD kids.
Doctors are great but the annoying new Tele introduction is ridiculous when you call this place. Someone just has to fix it and get rid of the non stop rambling. The stupid thing is they don’t even tell you the opening or closing hours in the 2 minute intro. If they tell you to book online to make their life easier, it doesn’t help when you actually need to discuss anything that you may need that does not require an appointment. Jenna was amazing with my children. She explained everything to them, was calm and thorough, very professional and skilled! Highly recommend her! Thank you!
Great service and nice friendly staff. A lot of people in comments just love to complain, its like a joy ride for them, suddenly they are dental experts or an appointment had to be cancelled so now its ruined their lives, just grow up and be thankful of a good service, if you are unemployed its free so stop having a sook and grow up.
