I engaged Modbuilt to renovate my 3BR 2 BA apartment. He really impressed me with his communication, care, and overall professionalism throughout the process. He went above and beyond in several ways, even coming by after hours/weekends to take care of small tasks. He was conscientious about the work done by the various tradies, holding a high bar for quality and cleanliness.
