Had the best experience! I came in for a colour correction because I had banding and slippage leading to brassy tones, splotchyness and over all trashy blonde hair after getting it done and washing it, noticing all of the spots. Darienne is already a client of mine and she warned me and of course was right on the money a little TOO well! She fixed me right up and fixed my layers and face framing too! 1 star this is the second time we get stood up by this salon. I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early only for khaled to make me wait 40 mins without telling me he couldn’t make it. He did not call or text and I had to text him myself to see what was up. I am very busy and had a shift in 2 hours and they wasted my time with no apologies or proper explanations.
