Very poorly run organisation. My wife suffers from various mental health conditions and was referred by her doctors to get TMS as she has tried various other procedures to help. Consultations and appointments run extremely behind time, and communication is poor and lacking. I am extremely disappointed with the way I’ve been treated by this company from the very beginning. It has taken me weeks just to even begin treatment, and the entire process has been poorly managed. My initial mapping session was very unprofessional. Despite being the only patient in the waiting room, I was left waiting for 20 minutes until I had to approach the receptionist myself. Would just like to say thank you very much to the staff at rockingham and Mandurah modalis. Throughout my journey as a veteran with in the mental health treatment program I have had a series of ups and downs that goes with the space of mental health treatment. I have been extremely lucky to be under the care of Dr Kyle hoath throughout my journey.
