Christina is very positive and motivating and delivers fun and challenging classes! With small class sizes, she gets to know her clients and provides individual cues and form correction. A beautiful studio with a laid-back environment — it puts me in a good mood every time I go!

Highly recommend! Christina is fun, detail-oriented, and pushes you in the best way! She is highly-trained in both pilates and yoga, which is evident when she teaches. Also, I decided try out MODALIFE Events to host the Saturday morning of my bachelorette party... BEST decision ever! Christina taught a class perfect for all levels in my group, and organized catering and drinks to enjoy and celebrate in the studio after. It was perfect!! Thank you Christina + MODALIFE!!
Christina is such a friendly, knowledgable and amazing teacher! Love her classes and beautiful studio. Can't wait to try to try her new barre class!
