After having a service call from another local plumbing company who said the clogged drain could not be resolved without an expensive fix, modal plumbing came over and fixed the issue in 20mins eith the right tools and insight at a very reasonable price. Modal Plumbing, in particular Hamid, has over the last 5 years updated 2 existing bathrooms, created a new bathroom (in our basement), repaired fixtures in our bathrooms and installed a dishwasher and sink.
