Modal Plumbing, in particular Hamid, has over the last 5 years updated 2 existing bathrooms, created a new bathroom (in our basement), repaired fixtures in our bathrooms and installed a dishwasher and sink. Modal were highly responsive, incredibly accommodating with our schedules and delivered fantastic service. Found them to be incredibly trustworthy end-to-end, and will definitely be the first phonecall I make when I need a plumber from now on.
Really positive experience with Modal Plumbing. Shiva (front staff) was responsive and friendly. Super impressed by Hamid's expertise and professionalism in replacing two toilets at very reasonable rates. Would use again and highly recommend!
I recently had Modal Plumbing replace a toilet for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The plumber did an excellent job installing the new toilet, and I was impressed with their professionalism and communication. I highly recommend this group and will be using their services again in the future.
Hamid and his crew is very professional and do excellent job. I used them to replace my hot water heater and all other plumbing needs. The communications is excellent!
