They don’t respect their hours and will close when they want.
I had an unpleasant experience with MODA 3. When the boots I ordered didn't fit, I had to reach out to customer service and secure a "return authorization code" before being able to return them. I didn't receive a shipping label- had to pay almost $30 in shipping. They didn't confirm they'd received the return or process my refund for a week until I reached out directly to follow up.
