I actually booked it as a Groupon at first but I've been with Selena for 5 yrs. July 2021to be exact. I love her and her staff Cindy. They are professional, clean, the price is reasonable.My lashes last for months. She knows my look so I don't have to say anything. I still wash and wear my makeup on occasions. I go usually every 3mths or so if I have an event I will schedule my appointments. I am loyal and returning customers. It's a small shop but cozy and relaxing. They are horrible and absolutely disrespectful. They rescheduled 5 times with me within 2 days. Just kept calling and texting to reschedule. See texts. I was down the block so I was flexible. I finally show up for my appointment and was told their regular customer was running an hour late and they cannot service me anymore. Huh? I asked what time will they be able to service me?
