If you can't pass a background check then you can't rent from them. Other then that they have best rental prices in town
Do not rent from them. You will not get your deposit back When you tell them your moving out. They will tell you you have to give 30 day notice and have carpets professionally cleaned. Which is more than your 250 deposit. Then they charge you extra month rent after you move out. You won’t hear from them for 1.5 years. Then you will get collection notice for 1-2 months rent. Weather you were caught up or not. I was not behind and they did that to me. Worst place to rent. Crooked company. Crooked managed.
I don’t know much about their rental agreement policies and stuff like that I did not rent the house from them but I did some work for them and the ladies at work in that office are a great group of people.
