I’ve really enjoyed living here. The management team is professional and friendly, and they communicate clearly about any updates or changes. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I truly appreciate.
Think carefully about renting here if you want to have problems with your deposit. When we rented, they were very friendly at the office, but when it came time to move in, it was a disaster. The next day, they immediately deducted the month's rent (month that I was no longer going to live there) from my bank account I went to complain, and they told me to go to the bank. Son muy atentos cuando uno llega pero al salir he tenido una mala experiencia. Me cobraron un mes y aún no me devuelven y ya pasó un mes de eso también me Iván a devolver la garantía y me cobraron por la limpieza y ahora me vuelven a recargar otro montón sin ellos aún devolverme el dinero adeudado me siento estafado
Took $200 from my friend after he waited 10 days for an apartment and he said he needed it right away. They did not give him a call and he finally found an apartment that approved him immediately they told him they could no longer give him his money back after they didn’t call or kept up with this application, but they were so quick to keep his money. Deathly don’t recommend especially if you’re wanting an apartment immediately and I think the right thing would’ve been to give him his $200 back
