Our Tesla was involve in an accident, I selected Fixit Auto North Vancouver based upon the their 5 star rating from Tesla. We were kept up-to-date via text on the status of our vehicle and car looks like the day received if from Tesla. I would recommend Fixit Auto to all Tesla Dealer as theya re dedicated Tesla service repair and very knowledgeable. Kyle was very helpful and provided an estimated timeline for completion which he met. I have recommended Fixit Auto to all my friends who are Tesla owners. Richard
My car was parked and hit by a huge truck, crunching in my rear driver door. My car somehow came out of Fit Auto looking better than before, the blending of paint was so perfectly done that I seriously cannot tell a difference!! Chris was extremely communicative and helpful during the whole process. I 1000% recommend to anyone needing a serious body fix.
My son's 2019 Honda Fit had been rear ended on the freeway with damage to the bumper and rear hatchback door. I chose Moda based on their ability to start work immediately as well as the positive reviews they had on Google. (The other local shop I got an estimate from had a two week backlog before they could start). WOW! Just purchased a 2016 Honday Pilot Elite model from these guys and absolutely love the car. These guys dont just say they will take care of it they GO EXTRA MILE!!! Made the damage disappear! It would be awesome if they would update customers of delays in a more timely fashion. But otherwise outstanding service and workmanship!
