On October 10th, I hired Mod Wash to wash and wax my 32-foot black RV, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor from the beginning. The wash was originally scheduled for Thursday but got pushed to Friday—and I’m convinced that if I hadn’t followed up, it never would have happened at all. Be very careful with this RV detail service out of Oroville. Read the reviews. They are short handed and will not follow up on scheduled service. They ran me into a frenzy for 2 straight days. Be careful. Owner did not seemed concerned when it came to putting the customer first.
