This company was informed that I would be moving out of my unit in March. I was told to email a picture of the cleaned empty unit to the address that they billed me from. March 31 I had everything out of the storage unit and cleaned. I took a picture and emailed it to the address I was told to and the email was denied stating mail delivery failed. I accidentally paid twice on the website and after several attempts to get a hold of someone, Lance called me back and apologized for technical issues they were having and refunded my money.
I've had a storage unit here for several years with zero complaint. They've worked with me a couple of different times when I needed to be late with my payment and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. Definitely a great place with a fantastic staff (especially Jordan!). Very highly recommend!
Was great under previous owner. Now rent has gone up twice and nobody on sight.
