Customer service needs improvement. Hurt my cuticles and wasn’t apologetic about it. Not friendly.
I used to come here all the time for Louis his work is impeccable but he doesn’t seem to work here anymore and I had to book with someone else and it was really disappointing… shape length and even the French was not the way I asked.. I asked for an acrylic French tip set and the nails the nail tech did are crooked with different length (not the one we agreed on) told them multiple times if they can correct it but they were not able to… even the French tip was different shape on each one.. they are super nice and I used to c... read more
