Mod Restoration did a beautiful job restoring our older model womb chair. The chair was fully re-padded and was upholstered in a beautiful chartreuse Knoll fabric. Lauren was so helpful answering my upfront questions and gave guidance on the fabric and color based on the style and colors in our home. Lauren was very responsive and communicative throughout the process which I appreciated. Thank you Mod Restoration!
A very mixed experience. They did good work on two jobs — one simple, one complex — but the customer service people were almost comically bad. Ghosting, wildly missed deadlines without explanation, etc. Attitude was more DMV than service provider. But the work was solid.
Don’t do business with this company! They will gladly rip you off if you don’t know the worth of your piece of furniture. Unethical practices and rude !

We hired Mod Restoration to reupholster a Papa bear chair, Womb chair and Eames lounge chair for a home remodeling project. They reupholstered all 3 pieces to perfection and were easy to work with. Highly recommend.
