MOD Renovations does outstanding work. They are skilled, reliable creative and pay attention to detail. We've worked with them many times and when they are done and whatever the job was, it always turns out better than we could have imagined. We know from experience that the range of projects they can do is wide, also a benefit for renovation.
We just had MOD complete a new kitchen flooring. It was fairly straightforward vinyl panels but their attention to detail, creative solutions in a 100+ year old house and more are just awesome. This is the 3rd or 4th project they've done for us and we couldn't be happier.
This was a conversion of part of our basement into a workshop, with addition of a wall, an exterior doorway and a utility sink. This is our second time using Mod and we continue to always be impressed with the results.
