I have used Mod Realty in selling my home, as well as ongoing property management. Craig has always been friendly, helpful and honest and I find his team to be the same. They are quick to respond and things get done promptly, and are always courteous and caring in any communications. They have certainly earned my trust through their professionalism, and I would highly recommend Mod Realty if you are looking to buy or sell property, or need property management services.
Feedback from two current tenants in an accommodation that Jarryd manages, have stated that he lacks conflict resolution skills and presents as unprofessional, unhelpful and unwilling to help. Both individuals have experienced a lack of support from MOD Reality.
Renters, be cautious. My experience matched concerns that others have raised. When I brought an issue to their attention, instead of acknowledging it and taking responsibility, I felt they became defensive and treated me poorly. Jarryd is unprofessional and his foul language and attitude towards resolving conflict is appalling. Keep away from this place.
