I would like to recognize the crew working today on 9/30/26. It was extremely busy and there was only 3 people working. They worked fast as possible and kept apologizing for the wait. They provided excellent customer service even while working short.

Visited on an early Saturday evening. It was busy, but the service was pretty quick. Dining tables were clean and the overall appearance inside was nice. Seems like a lot more seating than I have seen at other MODs. The staff were quick and professional, but not overly friendly or warm. Chalk it up to being busy- maybe. The pizzas were cut in a hurry and unevenly. The response we got when we asked for a drizzle of hot honey or sauce to dip our cheesy bread seemed like we were asking for a big favor.

Im not sure if it’s because I went in early but the worker seemed annoyed af that I was even in there. This is my first time I’ve been to this location, usually I go to Friendswood. Also didn’t get offered a drizzle but I wasn’t about to ask her when she was already clearly in a mood. Next time I’ll just stick to Friendswood so I can get all of what I pay for.

I usually go to a different location, near where I work, but I live near this one and this location was much faster at ordering and having my food ready.
