Food is good, however the service at the allianceTx location has been slacking. This is the second time in a row we have had poor customer service. We ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas and the guy rolled his eyes straight to our faces. We will be going to a different location.
I had an excellent experience at MOD Pizza today. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on getting my order just right. They paid close attention to every detail — from the toppings I requested to making sure my pizza was cooked to the exact doneness I prefer.
