Pizza is good. However the place feels eerie, completely quiet, not music on the background, employees do NOT talk to each other and have minimal interactions with customers. The window sills are extremely nasty, dust and food crumbs on them. I got an allergy just sitting by the window. The vibe is just isolating and sad. Do better Mod Pizza

When we entered we were not greeted, no eye contact from staff. When we ordered, we ordered 2 of our three pizzas and a salad. My wife and kids couldn’t check out because I had not ordered and we didn’t have our drink cups. My wife told the girl preparing pizzas I had not ordered yet, she walked down and looked directly behind me and tried to take the order of the lady behind me. When I tried to correct her she got an attitude. Food was good, customer service was non-existent. We will not return.
