I have just experienced an issue with Mod Pizza that is unacceptable when it comes to using technological solutions in business. I would suggest that the company test, and utilize tried and true technological solutions, take accountability of risks associated when using these tools, and essentially do what they can to rectify the situations that happen due to technological mishaps.
