Owner must be cutting corners on labor. There was only one experienced crew member working with two trainees. One trainees was watching training videos and couldn’t help. We came in as a party of 5, and the two poor girls couldn’t run the counters and the ovens to get our pizza done in a timely manner. They would have needed one other person on shift with sufficient experience to run the oven. They did not. Got there over an hour before they closed and they already had a lot of toppings put away. There were at least 6 things I would normally put on my pizza that I couldn’t get. We asked them what time they start putting those things away and they said it depends on who’s closing. We brought a friend who had never been there and told him it would be really good. Now he thinks we’re liars.
