We had our first cleaning today with ModMaids. The three cleaners, Maria, Liz, and Yady did an excellent job. They are thorough and efficient, and got the job done in the allotted time. We will now continue with them each week. Very impressive. We're glad we contacted ModMaids and were assigned this cleaning crew.
Mod Maids excelled in looking after my vacation rental. I live overseas in the UK and communication was phenomenal, as was the way they left it looking immaculate for my guests ( along with myself ). I had total trust. Nothing was too much trouble, even when my fountain was stolen from the patio, Odessas partner filled the space creatively, so the next guests didn't have a gaping hole to look at. Excellent communication and service but also price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic service, great communication, always on time and such nice people! We’ve been with Mod maids for 3 years now. Our condo is just perfect once Lulu and Maria have sorted it out. Love everything about this company!
Maria did an amazing job & showed up through bad weather in order for me to have my house cleaned for guests this weekend. Due to a medical issue I wasn't able to clean myself, so this took that stress off of me & left my house looking far better than if I had cleaned it myself. Thx Maria, you're awesome!
This was the first time to use this vendor based upon recommendation from our friend and neighbor. Though we appreciated that we were able to secure an appointment quickly we were not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided. Our 2 BR/2BA condo was not excessively dirty as we maintain ut as a weekend retreat from our primary residence in Long Beach.
