Oh my goodness—this is the greatest moving company! Isaac was PHENOMENAL. I can’t emphasize enough how lucky I was to have met him during my move. He was incredibly kind and hardworking, treating my belongings as if they were his own. I would recommend Mods to everyone I hold dearest. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one because they were just too amazing not to. I highly recommend them!
Isaac, Cindy, and crew were the absolute best. Cindy provides excellent customer service to ensure you are prepared for your move. She provided COI in a timely manner for my landlord. Isaac’s positive energy made moving day a breeze. I had a lot of heavy furniture - pullout couch, wingback chairs, antique book shelves, desk, etc. - and he was able to create a plan to load the 20 ft. U-Haul, and executed it flawlessly. I ordered an unloading service through move-in help in my first cross country move ever. Cindy and Isaac were fantastic! Excellent service from beginning to end: great communication, they treated all my furniture with great care and Isaac graciously helped me mount some of my furniture as well and was so friendly throughout the process. I strongly recommend them and would myself use their service again without hesitation.
Best moving experience! I highly recommend Mod Designs Moving! I would give 10 Starts. Very professional, very careful with our items, very efficient, and easy to get scheduled. They made this move stress free and enjoyable.
