I have gone to Dr. Ortlieb since she opened her practice. I used to really look forward to the friendly atmosphere and even stopped in each year to drop off an office Christmas gift; that is how much I thought of this office. The past two years has been a totally different experience. The front office staff is aggressive, obnoxious, and toxic.
