Keep removing my review I’ll keep posting. Shop advertised same day service, garage manager said it’s never less than 48 hrs and was so rude. I’ve made it my mission to everyone who asks about the bike about the horrible garage. I WAS LITERALLY HURT ON THE BIKE AND GARAGE MANAGER WONT SPEND A SECOND TALKING TO ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, CALLED AHEAD OF TIME WITH THE EXPECTATION, AND THEY ADVERTISED SAME DAY. Garage manager was like it says in web site not my fault. It also says the opposite on your advertisements o... read more
Updated Review!! These are simply rebranded products, with no components actually owned by Mod Bikes. The quality is bad, especially considering the expensive price, and you can find all the same parts for less on Amazon. I tested this repair shop by spending money to see their service quality with a deaf customer and their understanding of bike culture. For $400, instead of a proper repair and upper fix, they just cut the brake sensor wire and used plastic tape, while charging me for a complete brake lever assembly. They di... read more
Great bike, I needed 3 wheels so I opted for the Sahara sidecar, really cool ride, my dog is tethered to it and enjoys running with me, he acts Like we're a pack. the cycle is a good alternative to walking, that doesn't bother my back. It's cool to be able to haul a good load of groceries, dogs, grandkids or smaller person. If you want something different this is pr... read more
BUY LOCAL-this is a one year update. I finally got my bike back in for a tuneup. Surprisingly the service department is every bit as good as sales and as the Bike itself. In other words the service provided by Marty in the service department was exceptional. Marty listened in detail to the several things that I wanted taken care of and completed every single one of them. In addition, he found an item that I had missed and instead of charging me extra it was covered under the warranty. If I had purchased this bike over the In... read more
Just passed 5k miles on my Berlin commuter over the last 4 years and the bike has been holding up great. No major issues so far. The shop has done a great job of keeping it running smoothly too. I try to do most of the basic maintenance myself, but whenever I've taken it in for anything else, they've done an excellent job.Â
