Maybe it’s just me but I often feel like the consumer is an inconvenience at some establishments these days. At MOD bikes this is not the case. They truly stand behind their product and I could not be happier with my experience and after purchase care. After owning several nicer vehicles I feel I received better customer service here than those common luxury brands that you would expect that service. I feel confident in promoting MOD bikes not only to random people but also my family. Great purchase experience.Â
I purchased a cargo bike in-person at their shop and they were super helpful and friendly. They threw in some extras for free. I ended up needing to return it (didn't quite work for my purposes) and they took it back with no hassle or drama. Their customer service seems great.Â
I can not speaking highly enough about the MOD squad team and their support. From the beginning I spoke with Jermery in the sales & support team and he answered all my questions, gave suggestions based on my life style, my potential uses and even my body size. They were able to hold shipping for awhile until I was back home and ready to receive my Sahara Easy sidecar bike. The package was shipped in a timely manner. Love my City+ foldable step thru eBike They shipped it free from Austin TX to Cambridge MA ready to ride in March 2023 and Odometer just rolled over 10,000 miles now in November 2025. MOD service team is awesome—early on they provided a free consult (over Facetime) and they’re always available for troubleshooting and replacement parts from tubes, tires and drivetrains to saddles, grips and headlamps and taillights.
