Terrible customer service ,walked in and guy with his headphones on behind desk couldn’t even be bothered to take them out or address me while I was walking around,how are you gonna be selling two thousand dollars bikes and not be bothered to get up out of your chair to interact with potential customers. I love my MOD Bike and the team there is the best. The garage moves fixes up my bike in a timely manner and the space is welcoming! I suggest MOD Bikes to everyone!! I personally have the City+ Step Thru and LOVE IT!Â
