Rebecca is pure magic. She claims she is not a therapist, but this is, by far, the best money I have ever spent on therapy. I have had two Cranio Deep sessions and each session has been incredibly transformational, emotionally and physically. The sessions work through deep, old, wounds and through her somatic work, I am able to ground, gain clarity, and start to process what is stuck in my body. I highly recommend arriving open and being intentional with your time after the session to sit with everything that comes up.
My experience felt incredibly powerful in all aspects; connective conversation about life and adventuring, insights about my unique muscle issues and how I can implement certain releasing practices in my routine! I felt very opened and grounded and present during and after the session, thank you!
Rebecca is amazing. Both my husband and I have been seeing her for the past couple years and each time reminds us why we keep going back. She finds such a great balance between deep massage therapy, breathwork, and nurturing touch that leaves you feeling more opened and relaxed. Would recommend Rebecca to anyone who is looking for more peace and expansiveness in their body and surroundings. 11/10
