Terrible product and customer service
My car had a minor issue, and they said to bring it in for a quick check. Once there, they removed the spark plugs and immediately pushed for an overpriced replacement! If I refused, they demanded a $150 'inspection fee'—with zero prior warning! I recorded everything and reported this scam to ACCC & VACC. Stay far away from this shady workshop!
