The only people that ever give a bad rating are just salty that they’re not decent enough people to land an apartment. They can’t be mad at themselves, so instead they get mad at the company that just googled them and exposes the public records the client could have just googled themselves. If anyone is ever mad at Moco that’s evidence that they’re a bum and don’t understand how the world works.
They did a background check of me and my husband, due to we are interested on renting an apartment Spokane area, to cut the story short the move was due to a pcs and i just resigned from my job my husband was in the mil so this was the mil move , apparently we have been denied at first since lady on the fone stated that i am not a local which i already explained it is a mil move. so we ended up having to pay additional deposit because no one would cosign us, which i understand . My husband and I were in the process of having a house built in Dallas (this fact is important). Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves needing to relocate back to my hometown of San Diego, CA instead. We did not want to buy a house in San Diego as we aren’t sure that is where we really want to settle down, but we will probably be there for a couple of years.
