I was impressed with this facility in how very clean the facility is and the staff are very caring, dedicated and hardworking. They are very attentive to each resident and make sure they are cared for in every way!
Great community. Staff and managers are always there to help and support their residents and families. Small home like environment and clean community.
This establishment hands down has the most unprofessional management staff. North Carolina may be a no fault state, but your human resource personnel should not take advantage of this law unless someone you hire is trying to cause a business decline. This would not be the case for an employee who had the professionalism enough to pre-notify prior to employment if pre-scheduled time away. When we moved my mother here things started out good and we were satisfied with the service that they provided, however, when my mother died it became extremely difficult getting any kind of communication with management. We have attempted on multiple occasions to contact management but have been met with voicemails and no return phone calls or email after being promised that someone will contact either myself or my father. This place is horrible I give this place 0 stars called to try an speak to my mother about a dying family member and I got hung up on 3 times I’m not allowed to come see her they say they have to talk to her POA but she doesn’t have one an she doesn’t want one this place is a 0 star I don’t recommend this place they are drugging her up so she will sleep the left her in wet sheets and clothes for hours 2 different times and they let her fall an would not let her get medical care
