Came here two years ago with my 2011 Challenger.. I had a worker throw a brush and towel in my face last time I brought up the fact that my card was charged $10 (it never "came back" on my card..) he got really upset and threw my brush at my car… Thank god nothing was damaged.. Today I came to wash my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe… I was AGAIN charged $10 and I doubt i’ll be refunded… Ontop of that.. None of the fluids work.. One side the large vacuum doesn’t work, and the other side the small vacuum doesn’t work. Also, the last time I went I paid the $2 and it didn’t give me the full amount and the vacuum shut off randomly within a couple minutes and I couldn’t finish vacuuming out my vehicle. No local number so not sure how I’ll get my money back.

No water or soap came out with brushes. No phone number to contact a representative just a number to get an AI!!!!!! Update: Owners made right in a timely fashion. Went by today and everything was working correctly.
