I sent 5 emails from the time we checked in till the time we left with No Response from Mock Vacations. Numerous issues: Mold in Master Bathroom Dirty Cloths left behind from last guest. There are places where tiles are cracked or chipped - dirty grout. Master bed sheets had stains we had to wash n dry after a long drive here. Spatulas and some silverware dirty had to run everything through dishwasher. The carpets are stained and frayed and dirty. I tried to copy the link and it didn't work on my computer. With that being said, i sent a few emails and never received any response except a confirmation of the reservation and as soon as we arrived, an email with checkout instructions. Walked into the TV playing music and the master bed looking like it had been laid on. That night i took a "soaking tub" bath and before the water was barely enough to soak in, it was cold water. I have rented from Mocks on 2 different occasions. They are very efficient and nice during the booking process; however, my experience after the booking has not been acceptable. In the first unit, I let them know in the checkout survey that the Keurig had mold all in the water canister and that I cleaned it as best I could, but I was using the regular coffee pot. I did not hear a word---no sorry, no thanks for cleaning etc. With the second booking, the shower door had about 1/8" black mold around it. I told them I cleaned it... read more
