Very Nice and clean!! Management and Maintenance are detail oriented and answer any questions or service requests as fast as possible. They are also very Kind and friendly. Apartments are beautiful and remind me of little luxury hotel rooms!! Apartments come furnished or unfurnished and have all brand name appliances. They also love animals and have waste cans for them. Beautiful courtyard with more to come and being built.
My husband and I were living at Mockingbird Villas for 2 years. The owners are very kind and gentle as are the neighbors. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Our experience was very good and we recommend Mockingbird Villas as a special place to live, quiet, near a beautiful lake where nature is alive, safe place for children and adults, spacious parking for both cars and trucks, spacious common areas and comfortable, pretty close to IH-20.
