We rented from Mockingbird for 2 years and it was the best rental experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend!!!
Prompt with repairs, honest. We had a water pipe burst on Christmas, and they figured out how to send a repairman to fix it on the same day. Also, we took the time to clean up the place after moving out, and my deposit was returned in full, without any typical nickel-and-diming. Good people to rent from.
