carol mock is a rotten rotten woman! she let you know how stupid you are after she's done your work! No wonder she's out of business! She's mean and rude she does not stand by her work, she cuts corners and when you bring back the transmission rebuilt,she won't stand by the warranty!!! Mocks is a waste of Oregon space!!!!
Doesn't even deserve one star! We had a transmission rebuilt for our pickup there. Pickup has been drove less than 5000 miles. Transmission went out. Because we wanted to give it to our grandson we put a transmission rebuilt by Mock with less than a tank of gas worth of usage and before my grandson drove 1500 miles the transmission went out!
I have never delt with such idiots. They claim to have a staff of trained technicians but I saw now certification patches for any of them. They were supposed to replace my transmission (it was making grinding sounds in 2nd) with one they had rebuilt. It took them over two weeks to get done (same day my @$$), when I got it back the new tranny would pop out of 2nd and 3rd unless you held it there the whole time.
