I go here quite often..but this past time *im actually in the parking lot as I type* my experience wasnt the best. I came in a good mood and unfortunately left with no food. 🫠 I order the same thing I always do-an original potato dog w/ sugar. It comes out after a 7min wait and something in my gut says open the box. I do to find a burnt dog...like very burnt, so I ask them to make it again. I visited Mochinut recently and had a very disappointing experience. The woman working at the front counter was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. I witnessed a family asking for a refund because of how they were being treated, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became aggressive. When the customers calmly asked her to be nice, she responded by saying she didn’t have to be nice and continued escalating the situation while threatening to call the police. I have had the mochinut and the hot dog looking thing. Both were interesting and different. I like them. The mochinut comes in quite a few flavors to try. I don't have a favorite yet, but I have worked my way through half of them. I like the half and half. I did get the sugar coating. Yum.
