I found a hair in my donut. Pretty self-explanatory. Really disappointing because their food is good but I don’t really want to go back if I’m gonna be at risk of eating someone’s hair.
They made me and my family of 5 kids two very young kids wait an hour for a coffee and fries yes I understand it was busy on a Sunday and people kept walking in but I went up once and asked for it and then I go and stand in the front to talk to them again and no one came up to ask me if I needed anything until my husband had to get loud they didn’t apologize or anything it was very frustrating waiting that long while we watched so many people that came after get their orders🥲
Our order was fantastic! Despite us ordering quite a bit, they got our order to us quite quickly. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be here again.
