i ordered about 20 minutes ago, the girl took my order: i ordered 6 donuts, 2 original, 2 matcha, and 2 thai tea which can be seen all on the order screen. she proceeded to grab the donuts while i paid and i didn’t check the donuts until i got home. she had gave me the matcha and original, but gave me ube instead of thai tea. usually i wouldn’t care, but i don’t really like ube.
Came here kids wanted donuts not many to choose from hade to wait about an hour for more to be made. Chose ice-cream instead. Can be a cute place if there was a variety maybe I came after a rush?? Place was empty cashier was nice...
Kinda run down for a Mochinut, and the point of sale auto charges a 10% tip. Pretty scummy Oh and my donut was burnt on the underside
The Mochinuts are delicious—soft, chewy, and a big hit with the kids! 🍩✨ However, my pre-order wasn’t ready on time, which almost ruined my daughter’s birthday celebration. I really hope the service can improve to match the quality of the food, as this was quite disappointing. Additionally, I wanted to purchase a dozen donuts but needed them packed in separate boxes, and I was surprised to see they charged differently for that—it seems a bit unreasonable.
They need to allow customers to buy 1 donut. Not just 3. My daughter purchased the 🍈 Honeydew slushy and it was delicious 😋 I purchased the half and half original corndog. It was good. Especially if you love a great cheese pull.
