Customer service knew nothing about the products being sold. Food was not what I expected. Not happy at all
Delicious donuts but I’m not a fan of the texture of anything mochi. We arrived early enough that there were still a few of the popular options left. Service was fast and friendly. It’s in a food court so the atmosphere is lively and energetic.
