I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to get some mochi nut because the website said you were open until 8pm however i excitingly to a dark empty restaurant at 645pm. Very disappointed will definitely be heading to mochidoh next time🤬🤬🤬
I got a drink and a corndog when i went and they were both good! But every-time I go there the workers always respond annoyed and like Im bothering them for ordering. And I understand having a bad day but twice that I’ve been there, the door was LOCKED by 6pm when they supposedly closed at 8pm!?! I saw both girls working that day using their phones behind the register and when I knocked once to get their attention, one quickly glanced at me and then continued using their phone and pretended they didn’t see me!?!? There was a young girl behind the counter but I didnt get her name. She was very informative and had no problem remaking our bubble tea when we said it was not sweet enough and was even apologetic even though my girlfriend said "not too sweet" when we ordered. I am a repeat customer and will always visit Mochinut when I get to lowell.
