There was a young girl behind the counter but I didnt get her name. She was very informative and had no problem remaking our bubble tea when we said it was not sweet enough and was even apologetic even though my girlfriend said "not too sweet" when we ordered. I am a repeat customer and will always visit Mochinut when I get to lowell.
i got a oreo milk tea and a fruity pebbles donut the donut had seemed very stale and ass the oreo milk tea when i first tried it the oreo seemed very nasty and old and crusty . never going back again i recommend to all to NOT go there .
Loved the mochinut and Hong Kong iced tea I got! Wasn’t super cheap but also wasn’t the most expensive. The restaurant itself isn’t super “instagramable” but it wasn’t bad. I’d go back to try some of their other options!
