This location offers a lot more variety of flavors and they make them as you order so the mochinut toppings are fresh and gooey when you get it. Customer service is good and the place is clean.
The first time I came in, the environment was so cute and cozy feeling. Mannu, the new owner, was so kind and helpful with describing everything and answering all our questions. She has such a friendly welcoming aura. I ended up getting the corn flakes corn dog (half cheese and beef), a Dubai donut, and the coffee milk drink. Everything was so delicious!! Broken seating... Employees did not seem to care. Me and my coworkers got 2 Korean dogs each. Half came out raw in the middle, with wet batter dripping out The rest tastes terrible because they are being cooked in old oil. Went back and asked the one employee for a refund. He called his manager, who told him they do not do refunds... Even though their website says otherwise. My friends and I went here today since the Korean corndogs looked good online. When we got our order, they tasted terrible, like old oil or something, but mine had a fish taste. Mine were fully cooked, but my friends had raw dough pouring out of theirs. They refused refunds too since the guy working said he doesn't work there and it's his families business.
