Similar issue from other reviews, they run out of donuts. They need to sync their kiosks to show out of stock instead of keeping them active. Got a quick refund after waiting for 3 or so minutes. If they run out near store close they should spend time figuring out how to update the kiosk from business perspective. Customer refund probably costs them money in credit card transfer fees.
